yeah I think that sentence is kind of stupid, we have Department of Children’s Affairs (Cục Trẻ em) for a reason and people need to stop glazing rich people.
If all parents are left with their children, I suppose there's no need for laws (and the media scrutiny)... like, child abuse happens mostly inside not outside family :<
